Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition originating in India that encompasses the whole person, including the physical body. Unlike other major spiritual traditions, which focus primarily on the mind or the soul, Tantra integrates the body. It serves as a channel for reconnecting with a deeper self and, beyond that, with the universe. <\/span><\/p>


<\/span>Instead of being denied, suppressed, or even considered taboo, this sacred body\u2014which springs directly from life\u2014will be listened to and embraced in all its aspects and with all its energies. This approach has inspired and sustained me for years. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Who am I?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n

I\u2019ve been a professional massage therapist for about twenty years, and I first came to Tantra as part of a personal journey. Since life had thrown me for a loop many times, I felt the need to rebuild myself and restore my body and my inner space.
<\/span><\/p>

I took classes in meditation and Tibetan Buddhism for three years; it was very enriching and helped me find inner peace. However, I realized that this focus on the mind and spirit was disconnecting me from my body, and I felt as though I were missing an essential part of myself. <\/span><\/p>

I then turned to Tantra, which I discovered through numerous workshops (about twenty 4-day workshops so far), reading, and meetings.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Among these various training programs and experiences, I\u2019d like to mention and thank Jacques Lucas<\/a>,<\/span><\/span> who taught me so much through his wonderful Men\u2019s Tantra workshop (I now have the pleasure of assisting him during these workshops) as well as in mixed-gender Tantra. Eric Langaret also taught me a great deal about Tantra through his very comprehensive program at Alpha Tantra.<\/p>

As for St\u00e9phane Dupr\u00e9, he helped me expand my knowledge, particularly through his approach to touch during his men-only workshops held in an idyllic setting. I\u2019ve had many other wonderful training experiences and met some amazing people along my tantric journey (Jacques P\u00e9zier, Christian Krumb, Jacques Ferber, Nathalie Vieyra<\/a>, Agn\u00e8s Desnos<\/a>\u2026), and most recently, Guillaume Doucer\u00e9<\/a>, whom I was delighted to reconnect with.<\/p>

More recently, I had the pleasure of studying Tao Massage with Virginie Menneteau<\/a> and Joseph Gena<\/a>, which has rounded out my range of approaches.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Discovering this magnificent spirituality has allowed me to be much more in tune with myself and to embrace all aspects of who I am without denying any part of myself. The body is sacred and divine; it is our embodiment, and it is through it that we connect with the universe. <\/span><\/p>

It wasn\u2019t until after two years of practice that I began offering this particular approach to certain clients with whom I sensed a specific need or an affinity. Over time, I\u2019ve worked with many clients\u2014men and women alike\u2014each with their own story, specific needs, blockages, and aspirations; so many intense and magnificent discoveries that unfold endlessly. Each session is unique and can take a thousand and one different directions depending on what the body and the essence need to express or what they are ready to experience. <\/span><\/p>
